Mayor Lyn Hall is hosting Talktober on Zoom again this year on Thursday, October 28, from 7:00pm until 9:00pm.
Each October, Council and City Administration look forward to hearing directly from citizens of Prince George about the civic issues that matter to them the most. Roads, snow and ice control, civic facilities, and infrastructure are among the topics up for discussion during Talktober.
How can citizens participate?
1. Attend the live digital Talktober event via Zoom.
Residents may also opt to submit a question ahead of time for possible inclusion during the event. They can email mayoradmin@princegeorge.ca or dial 3-1-1.

2. Fill out the 2022 Budget Survey
The City is also providing residents and business operators with an opportunity to provide feedback about the budget allocations for various City services and functions. The City annually conducts a public survey to gain input about budget priorities.
Tell the City what matters most to you. Complete the budget survey by October 29.
Citizens can also enter their property assessment into the interactive budget simulator to learn how their personal or business property tax is allocated across a variety of City services. Residents that rent their property can still complete the budget survey; just leave in the default values for property info in the survey.
