Event Details:

Take out your family or friends for a skate at the Elksentre Arena. Public skating runs on Friday nights from 7:30pm to 9:00pm at the Elksentre, starting October 4 and running to March 1 in 2020 (excluding holidays and some select dates). View the full public skating schedule.

Other public skating days and times include:
Saturday afternoons at the RMCA
Sunday afternoons at the Elksentre and RMCA

Things to note before heading for a skate:

• CSA-approved helmets are mandatory for skaters under the age of 18 and highly recommended for all other skaters.
• Skate and helmet rentals and recreational skate sharpening are available during public skating. ​
• Waivers must be signed before stepping on the ice.
• Bring cash or credit card for payment, or purchase a 10-session adult/ child pass and bring to each session.
