You are invited to an Open House on Thursday, May 9 at Hudson’s Bay Wetland. Learn about the City storm water system and how it’s connected to our watersheds and everyday activities. We’ll also discuss what you can do to help protect local watersheds. The Open House is hosted by the City of Prince George and provides an opportunity for you to ask questions of City staff and other industry experts.
Drop by anytime between 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Thursday, May 9 at Hudson’s Bay Wetland, a City nature park known for its diversity of native birds, plants, and wildlife. The Wetland also features look-out points and interpretative trails. Go for a walk in nature and learn about the City’s storm water system.

(Note, the Wetland is located off Queensway near Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park and can be accessed via the Heritage River Trail system). Parking is available.

The Open House occurs during BC Water Week (May 5 – 11, 2019). Take time to learn about and recognize how water plays a vital role in our daily lives. We hope you will be able to join us.
