Celebrate Canada Day in Prince George!
Wear red & white for Canada’s 151th birthday, and visit the many festivities held at one or more City parks. Experience a taste of dishes from around the world at ethnic food concessions, explore the craft fair, and watch culturally diverse entertainers at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park. Bring the kids to try a variety of crafts and activities at the new Pavilion in the Park.
Gather up your friends, family and neighbours to celebrate the day and watch a live entertainment at the Bandshell or participate in the beach volleyball tournament. Finish off the night with the Canfor Canada Day fireworks downtown as bursts of bright colour come from atop of Connaught Hill. Note, please leave your pets at home.
